# OB-DB-003 — Withdrawal at any time, free of charge

> The user can withdraw access for a given TPP or for all TPPs, at any time and free of charge.

- Who is bound: ASPSP
- Who it is for: Product
- Application: 21 months after entry into force, the general application date (Article 112).
- Level 2: No EBA mandate covers this obligation.
- Origin: New, with no equivalent in PSD2 or in the 2018 RTS.

Provisional numbering of the April 2026 compromise (Council doc. 8221/26). The final numbering will be added when the Official Journal publishes the text, without changing the id.

## STET 1.6.3: Out of spec

Withdrawal happens in the bank's screen. The Framework already has the bank revoke the AISP's refresh token at the user's request.
