> The ASPSP documents its interface's technical specifications, hands them free of charge and without undue delay to authorised TPPs and applicants who ask, and publishes a summary on its website.

The STET specification is public. What remains to document is each bank's own, such as URLs, scopes, the options it took and its limits.
