# OB-IF-012 — Maintenance announced a month ahead, from 00:00 to 06:00

> Except for emergency changes, the ASPSP announces each planned unavailability and its duration to TPPs at least one month ahead, and it normally takes place between 00:00 and 06:00, in the ASPSP's local time according to recital 57.

- Application: 21 months after entry into force, the general application date (Article 112).
- Level 2: No EBA mandate covers this obligation.
- Origin: New, with no equivalent in PSD2 or in the 2018 RTS.

Provisional numbering of the April 2026 compromise (Council doc. 8221/26). The final numbering will be added when the Official Journal publishes the text, without changing the id.

## STET 1.6.3: Out of spec

STET has no status endpoint and no maintenance calendar. The announcement goes through the bank's developer portal.
