Making the user type the account identifier at the bank

What the text fixes

The ASPSP may not require the user to type their account identifier by hand on the ASPSP's domain to use an AIS or PIS service.

Article: PSR 44(1)(b)Provisional numbering of the April 2026 compromise (Council doc. 8221/26). The final numbering will be added when the Official Journal publishes the text, without changing the id.
