The ASPSP may not require additional registrations from TPPs to access the account or the dedicated interface.

STET provides for an OAuth2 technical setup with each bank when the bank cannot accept the TPP on the fly, possibly automated through the Registration API. The text does not say whether that setup counts as an additional registration.
