The options of the STET 1.6.3 API

The STET 1.6.3 spec leaves the bank many choices, so two banks implementing it can expose quite different APIs. Each entry says what the bank decides, what the TPP has to detect and handle, where the spec covers it, and the PSD2, RTS or EBA rule when there is one.
