Machine-readable central list of AISPs and PISPs

What the text fixes

The EBA keeps a central, machine-readable list of the providers offering payment initiation and account information services, with their name, identifier and authorisation status.

Article: PSD3 18(7)Provisional numbering of the April 2026 compromise (Council doc. 8221/26). The final numbering will be added when the Official Journal publishes the text, without changing the id.

Who it is for: API, Compliance
Application: 21 months after entry into force, the general application date (Article 112).
Level 2: No EBA mandate covers this obligation.
Origin: New, with no equivalent in PSD2 or in the 2018 RTS.

Today the bank checks the authorisation number carried by the TPP's eIDAS certificate. This list will give it another source for the authorisation status.
