What the text fixes

The interface lets the PISP initiate and revoke a future-dated payment.

Article: PSR 36(4)(c)Provisional numbering of the April 2026 compromise (Council doc. 8221/26). The final numbering will be added when the Official Journal publishes the text, without changing the id.

Who it is for: API, Product
Application: 21 months after entry into force, the general application date (Article 112).
Level 2: No EBA mandate covers this obligation.
Origin: New, with no equivalent in PSD2 or in the 2018 RTS.

The date goes in requestedExecutionDate, the cancellation deadline in cancellableTill, and cancellation goes through PUT /payment-requests/{id}.
