Confirmation that the payment will be executed

What the text fixes

The ASPSP confirms to the PISP as soon as possible that the payment has been or will be executed, taking pending orders into account, without sharing those orders with it.

Article: PSR 36(5)(b)Provisional numbering of the April 2026 compromise (Council doc. 8221/26). The final numbering will be added when the Official Journal publishes the text, without changing the id.

Application: 21 months after entry into force, the general application date (Article 112).
Level 2: No EBA mandate covers this obligation.
Origin: New, with no equivalent in PSD2 or in the 2018 RTS.
